Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by TS Tree & Garden Services.
1.2 By accepting a quotation or engaging our services, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Quotations & Pricing
2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Any additional work requested outside the original quotation will be subject to a separate charge.
3. Payment
3.1 A deposit will be required before work commences, as stated in the quotation.
3.2 Full payment is due within 7 days of completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 5% per month.
3.4 All materials remain the property of TS Tree & Garden Services until full payment is received.
4. Work Schedule & Delays
4.1 While we aim to complete work within the agreed timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, material shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.
4.2 TS Tree & Garden Services is not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1 The customer must provide access to the site and ensure all necessary permissions are in place before work begins.
5.2 The customer must inform TS Tree & Garden Services of any underground services (e.g., pipes, cables). We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed services.
6. Materials & Workmanship
6.1 We use high-quality materials and follow industry best practices to ensure durability and workmanship.
6.2 Any defects due to faulty materials or poor workmanship must be reported within 30 days of completion.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
7.1 Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.
7.2 Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been purchased.
8. Liability & Insurance
8.1 CHL Landscapes holds appropriate public liability insurance up to £5 million.
8.2 We are not liable for accidental damage caused by external factors or pre-existing site conditions.
9. Complaints & Disputes
9.1 Any concerns should be raised in writing within 7 days of completion.
9.2 We will aim to resolve disputes amicably. If necessary, disputes may be referred to an independent mediator.
